How We Roll Fitness is currently run out of a pretty sweet home studio (aka The Basement of Badassery – photos coming soon!).  Equipped with a full set of kettlebells, a squat rack with Olympic weight set, free weights, TRX, and more, the studio has all the toys you need for fitness and fun.

If you’d rather train in your own home, and you live in the Tri-City area (Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge), I can see you on-on-one or in small groups at your place too.

For you out-of-towners, distance coaching is always available.  Just drop me an email!

How We Roll also runs a large group class in Downtown Kitchener on Thursday evenings at 7:30.  More large group classes to be added soon – check our Events calendar for updates!
